How long does it take to process my order? β–Ό

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? β–Ό

The window for changes is extremely limited. Please contact us immediately to update shipping address or size. Once the order status is "Shipped", no modifications or cancellations can be made.

Do you offer free shipping? β–Ό

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all global orders. No hidden fees at checkout. Please check our Shipping Policy for details and possible surcharges for heavier items.

What is your return policy? β–Ό

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with items in original condition and tags attached. A 15% restocking fee applies, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

Will I need to pay customs duties? β–Ό

Generally, we declare the package value below the local tariff threshold, so you won't need to pay duties for most countries. However, if your specific country requires payment, you may be contacted by customs. Please reach out to us if you have questions.
