Shipping Policy
01 / ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
A tracking number is typically provided within 1-2 business days, depending on seller fulfillment and quality control. Please note that your purchased product must first be shipped from our retailer partners to our quality control centers for final inspection before being dispatched.
Important: Processing time may be extended due to customs clearance, border restrictions, and delays from third-party logistics.
You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has officially shipped.
02 / SHIPPING TIME (TRANSIT TIME)
We partner with premium international couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, or Airmail) to ensure secure and timely delivery. The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

*Please note: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (7-15 days). Shipment may also be delayed due to limited flight schedules and customs clearance.
03 / SHIPPING COSTS & CARRIERS
Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders globally. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout ($0.00 USD).
Buyer Shipping Costs: Shipping charges cover the costs of getting your items from us to you. These charges will be included in the price breakdown when you place your order. Rates are based on the average size and weight of a shoe box. Certain larger and/or heavier items will incur additional shipping charges.
Carriers: Orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, (EMS) or Airmail, depending on your location.
Note on Shipping Fees: Shipping is non-refundable for all forms of delivery failure. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be discarded by local customs or returned back to us. We will issue a refund according to our return policy, minus all return surcharges, taxes, and duties incurred.
04 / DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Speak of the tariffs, generally, the declared price of the package is lower than the starting point for tariff collection in the local country. So you don’t need to pay tariffs.
In some individual countries, if you need to pay tariffs when cannot declare a low declaration, please contact us.
Our store is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applied to your order by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
05 / ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active within the courier's system.
You can track your package directly through our website or via major global tracking platforms.
06 / ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- PO Box Addresses: Please note that we accept PO Box addresses only within the United States (U.S. territories and sovereign countries are excluded). Processing time for orders shipped to PO Boxes may take longer than usual.
- Address Changes: We are not able to make changes to the shipping address after the order has been placed.
- Payment Methods: We do not provide cash on delivery (COD) service.
- Flight & Customs Delays: Shipment may be delayed due to limited flight schedules and customs clearance.
07 / DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If you received your order damaged, or if your package has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team immediately at JefferyCross4740@outlook.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
