01 / Order Confirmation & Receipt

Immediately after placing your order, an automated confirmation email containing your unique order number and a purchase summary will be dispatched to your registered email address.

If you do not receive this email within 24 hours: Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still missing, our customer care team is ready to assist you.

02 / How to Track My Order

Once your package has been processed and leaves our authorized fulfillment center (within 1 to 3 business days), you will receive a secondary "Shipping Confirmation" email.

  • This email includes a unique tracking number and a direct link to the courier's website.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the courier's system to fully activate and update the live tracking log.
  • If tracking remains inactive after 3 business days, please contact us immediately.

03 / Modifications & Cancellations

To maintain our rapid processing and dispatch timelines, the window for order modifications or cancellations is extremely limited.

If you need to update a shipping address or correct a size selection, please contact our support team as soon as your order is placed.

🚨 Crucial Rule: Once an order status transitions to "Shipped", no further adjustments, rerouting, or cancellations can be executed under any circumstances.

04 / Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

To ensure the fastest possible delivery for multi-item purchases, your order may occasionally be dispatched in separate packages from different warehouse sectors.

What does this mean for you? You will receive distinct tracking numbers for each individual shipment via separate emails. Rest assured, there is no additional cost ($0.00 USD) for sending split shipments.

05 / Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, please notify our client services division within 48 hours of delivery.

To expedite a swift resolution, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the exterior packaging and the merchandise.
